Job Description First Vehicle Service is NOW HIRING for diesel / heavy duty bus mechanics!!!! Job title:
Diesel Technician
Summary:
Perform routine maintenance, daily inspections, and minimal reworks.
Maintain production standards and perform vehicle maintenance to First Vehicle Services' Standards.
Pay Rate:
Starts at $18/hour, more based on experience and qualifications Minimum
Qualifications:
Must adhere to our Corporate Minimum Hiring Standards Must complete a Background Screen and Drug Screen 3-5 years of hands-on transit bus or heavy duty experience (military acceptable) Demonstrated experience monitoring and meeting PM schedules and operations of any automotive, diesel or CNG fleet repair shop equipment CDL Class B preferred - must be willing / able to obtain Passenger endorsement; will assist ASE certifications highly preferred - must be willing / able to obtain within 1 yr; will assist ASE Incentive Program Must possess own basic tool set.

00am - 12:
00am Monday - Saturday 40 hours/week with two days off.
Will be a second shift.
