Sports Equipment - Store Services Coordinator (78521) - WorkInSports (Brownsville, TX)

Description Evaluates questions or issues to determine the severity and communicates accordingly to key business units Submits work orders on behalf of stores.
Effectively follows up on work orders through completion Receives all daily communications, investigates and gathers pertinent information to recap to the appropriate corporate departments Communicates responses back to the Stores Partners with store teams on ways to drive services and improve the customer experience Required to learn company policies and procedures Duties may change and associate may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Associate s degree in relevant field of study or equivalent years of related work experience required At least three years related work experience required Positive, customer service oriented attitude Effective written and verbal communication skills Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Lotus Notes, planning tools) Understanding of retail operations Basic understanding of retail systems and technologies Ability to work independently while performing effectively in a team environment Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties (Sports Management, Finance, Admin, Sports Management, Operations, Sports Marketing, Retail) Source:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
