Responsibilities:
Design, perform and configure server, application and storage deployments.
Design, deploy, and maintain Storage Understand solutions for backup/restore operations and DR configurations.
Familiar with load balancing implementations.
Perform capacity planning, workload modeling, and prediction.
Ensures systems maintenance of storage and related systems.
Conducts/leads design workshops to address meet customers business and technical objectives.
Collaborate and maintain documentation as it related to network configuration, security, processes, and service records.
Utilize remote access to isolate network issues, tune and make configuration changes as needed.
Ability to perform Data Center Assessments, write up and present results with actionable US, Texas (Austin or Houston) Position Reports to:

Qualifications:
MCSE or Storage Certification or equivalent certification required Five years' experience delivering complex technical solutions including planning, development, implementation and support Knowledge of general storage technologies:
SAN, NAS, DAS, FC; prior experience or familiarity with alternative storage products is desirable OS software:
Proficiency in UNIX and Windows Server OS required.
SAN:
Experience SAN fabrics required; Brocade, Cisco, McData Understanding of networking and distributed computing concepts, including the principles of network routing and client/server programming.
Ability to assist with network and application troubleshooting.
Thorough knowledge of at least one Storage product line from Dell, NetApp or EMC.
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Experience working in a team-orientation, collaborate environment.
Available to work nights and weekends as needed.
