MAINTENANCE TECHINICAN - Texas State Job Bank (BROWNSVILLE, TX)
Currently accepting applications for a Maintenance Technician with at least 2 years experience in repairing air conditioning systems, plumbing and electrical work.
Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices.
Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, or the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate.
Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical or electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, or equipment.
Monitor supply inventory and placing orders for supplies.
Must be computer literate.
Must have a clean driving record for at least 10 years job also involves driving the company van to pick up drop off hotel customers and running errands to pickup supplies.
Must be Bilingual / English / Spanish High School Diploma / GED required Employer will be conducting a Criminal Background Check and Drug Test.
