Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of multiple properties - Assist with property leasing, including conducting tours and processing applications - Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including LIHTC requirements - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property management activities - Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, including scheduling vendors and contractors - Utilize property management software (such as Yardi) to track leases, rent payments, and maintenance requests - Assist with budgeting and financial reporting for assigned properties - Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or related field is preferred - Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) - Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in legal administrative tasks - Familiarity with property management software (such as Yardi) and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) - Excellent data entry and organizational skills - Ability to effectively communicate with tenants, vendors, and team members - Experience with property leasing and tenant relations is a plus - Strong conflict management and negotiation skills We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
