Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical support to the office staff - Assist with project coordination and file management - Perform proofreading and editing tasks - Act as a personal assistant to the office manager - Transcribe documents and maintain accurate records - Assist with event planning and coordination
Experience:
- Proficiency in using Google Suite and other office software - Previous experience working in a dental or medical office is preferred - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document management This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment, providing support to the team and contributing to the smooth operation of the office.
