Stepstone Credit currently has six offices located in the Valley Market and 23 in the State of Texas.

At least 2 years of customer service or a managerial level position is highly preferred Experience in the Installment loan industry is preferred Bilingual in Spanish/English is highly encouraged Willingness to undergo a background check Prior experience in customer service, banking or retail will be considered Comfortable with telephone loan management Ability to be coached, eager to learn Strong communication skills Must have an outgoing personality Must have reliable transportation Responsibilities for the Assistant Installment Loan Manager:
Maintaining contact with our customers and answering questions Managing loans and taking applications Contacting clients that have fallen behind on their payments Offer small unsecured loans as well as Title loans up to $1,600 Job Type:
