Provides support in other information technology projects as needed.
Responsible for the support of all user computers, including hardware, software, technical support, repairing, upgrading, training, and decision making to upgrade or replace Responsible for the support of the VPN software, which includes training documentation, installation and testing Responsible for the installation and support of the barcode scanners Responsible for the installation and support of the Zebra label printers Responsible for the installation and support of the Laser printers Responsible for the creation and maintenance of the all user accounts Provides support and assistance in or other IT areas as needed Qualification Requirements:
