Job Description Every position can be hired in any of the following markets; San Diego or Dallas- Fort Worth.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Manage strategic initiatives as assigned to achieve Active Network operational goals Break down issues into appropriate execution paths sufficient to effectively move forward and communicate status while also ensuring a timely start and conclusion to the initiative Accurately track & communicate status to senior management on a weekly basis Commit to & deliver against target dates When necessary, proactively escalate to senior management with mitigation options to facilitate decisions necessary to retain the schedule Accurately summarize, document, communicate, & execute against mitigation decisions made Interact with resources, vendors, clients, prospects, and management staff as required to ensure successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and on budget Work with external partners to coordinate resources and solve issues Assist team members in their duties, tasks, responsibilities and functions as needed to achieve targets Drive the quality and timeliness of deliverables from dependent team resources Possess outstanding oral and written communication skills Skills & Requirements Education and
Experience:
BA/BS Minimum 3 years with direct project management experience successfully executing Technology Operations and Business Process Improvement initiatives Experience with Client Management, Business Analysis, Management Processes, Finance & Accounting an asset 3 yrs.
Experience in a Technical Project Management/Project Leadership role 5 yrs.
Experience in technology related fields Metrics driven approach to measuring success of projects with strong analytical background Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
