Plant General Manager SALARY:
US$ 100-120 K per year / Pesos 1.

6M DEGREE:
NotRequired but Preferred
Experience:
5-7 Years of Plant Leadership REQUIREMENTS:
Must be fully Bilingual Spanish- Prefer a Mexican National Education level:
Minimum high school diploma required.
Advanced education or technical certification preferred.
Minimum of 5 years Plant / Operations Management experience in amanufacturing environment.
Willing to work in a team environment and contribute to group goals Excellent communication skills Basic math skills Ability to multi-task.
JOBPURPOSE:
DESCRIPTIONOF ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
o Coordinate plant activities through the planning withdepartmental managers to insure the total manufacturing objectives areaccomplished in a timely and cost effective manner.
o Develop and control profits, plans, andbudget.
o Implement cost effective systems of controlover operating expenditures, manpower, and wa ges.
o Establish and monitor overall plantperformance for production and quality standards.
o Control and minimize labor overtime and repairexpenses.
o Maintain existing plant facilities andequipment; replace, or make adjustments to plant facilities and equipment whennecessary.
o Implement and maintain preventive maintenanceprograms to care for plant assets to maximize their useful life.
o Incorporate shop floor organization and plantcleanliness among plant personnel.
o Lead weekly staff meetings with production supervisors o Participate in monthly management business review meetings.
o Develop and justify capital improvements.
o Manage and comply with State & City requirements.
o Assist in product development.
o Assist with reporting production to clients.
o Insure data accuracy.
o Other activities are directed.
