problem solving skills, decision making skills, and amazing communication skills (both oral and written) Absolutely amazing customer service expertise and a desire to exceed expectations A positive attitude and enthusiasm for travel; after all, we're selling fun! Super tech savvy; strong typing skills, internet navigation and proficient with Microsoft Office Thirst for learning and ability to fully participate in a 6 week on-boarding and training program Available to work full-time (35-45 hrs.
