Assistant Center Manager - CSL Plasma (brownsville, texas)

An Assistant Center Manager for CSL Plasma serves as the main management support to CSL Plasma Services Center Manager.
In most Centers, the Assistant Manager will have primary responsibility for the day:

day operations of the Center.
Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Supports the center management in adherence to cash management, financial reporting, and other financial responsibilities.
Supports the Center Manager to ensure financial targets are met at all times.
Assists in the center to ensure compliance with Company SOPs and applicable federal and local regulations, but also be capable of performing nearly all staff tasks and duties at a proficiency level adequate for training and critiquing employees in the performance of those tasks and duties.
Supports the Center philosophy of continuous improvement.
Collects and analyzes data to maintain and improve Center quality, efficiency and profitability.
Implements effective corrective action plans when appropriate.
Assists in the management of center personnel, including recruitment, training, development, counseling and termination.
Supports meeting the established center production goals.
Assists in the management of all inventories to ensure that inventories are maintained at optimum levels; by maximizing efficiencies, customer service levels and minimizing investment.
Assists in all audits with management by working with Center Compliance Specialist and QA team to develop effective corrective action plans to address any areas of deficiency noted during audits.
Supports the adherence to all HR policies and practices through fair and equitable treatment of all employees.
Communicates effectively with HR to ensure HR compliance.
Ensures that Center and all Center employees are in compliance with OSHA regulations and that all employees receive adequate OSHA training.
Completes all OSHA record keeping and reporting requirements.
Supports all marketing and advertising to ensure programs are effectively executed for desired results.
Makes recommendations as needed to improve effectiveness.
Represents the Company and Center in the community and with other business, local publications and vendors.
Supports the meeting of daily, weekly and monthly deadlines and maintains Centers operational records.
Maintains clean efficient work environment, and ensures sufficient operating supplies and forms are available as needed.
Follows all HSE and OSHA policies and procedures.
May conduct routine audits of internal procedures and documentation.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
College degreed in business administration or biological sciences program preferred or equivalent experience.
One year of experience in a medical facility; two years progressively more responsible supervisory experience required; one year experience in working with the public or community preferred.
Excellent verbal and written skills are necessary for clearly communicating with Center employees, Corporate level management and support staff regarding what are often highly technical and subtle operational requirements.
Required to maintain company Technical Training certification.
Proficient in English language.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
