Estimator - (Brownsville)
Opportunity Estimator to review architectural drawings and specifications; produce take-off of materials required for scope of work; estimate cost and sale price of materials required for scope of work; and prepare necessary quotations accordingly.
Required Skills, Duties & Responsibilities Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications then produce take-off of materials required for scope of work.
Ability to prepare sales proposals and quotations.
Assist sales, engineering and purchasing with hardware inquiries.
Previous estimating experience.
Ability to work independently.
Team Player.
Ability to respond positively to a fast paced environment.
Maintain stock of vendor literature and cost and pricing database Attention to Detail Organizational and Reporting Skills Other Responsibilities as assigned.
