Responsibilities:
In addition, in this role you will:

Rollup monthly estimates of quarterly op profit and cash flow, prepare variance analysis and assist operations team in developing recovery actions to meet financial commitments :
Lead weekly dashboard estimate updates :
Lead the coordination and preparation of TY latest estimate, Session II (preliminary plan) and Operating Plan :
Develop timely, accurate and value added business analysis and financial reporting for operating team and headquarters leadership :
Participate in all North American supply chain strategies including vertical integration analysis :
Drive and support financial commitments, NPI development costs, Six Sigma Quality and cost reduction efforts :
Oversee physical inventories, standards creation / setting, cycle counts and obsolescence management :
Support operations in the development, analysis and implementation of productivity programs in addition to analyzing all variable and base costs :
Drive finance processes improvements in areas such as cash flow, receivables, payables, new product development, project financial controls and reporting Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance :
Minimum of 7 years of experience in relevant plant finance leadership :
Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in a financial position ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

Bilingual in English/Spanish Additional Eligibility
